Getting a Feel for Bread

This is a good class to get to grips with bread making. If you are a beginner or just feel you need help in improving your bread making this is a good place to start making a basic wholemeal loaf and progressing to white filled breads and plaited loaves. Skills you will learn: using yeast, knowing how much liquid is needed in bread dough, kneading and shaping techniques. You will leave with your own cornucopia of baked breads.
