Don’t be  intimidated by sauce making or being unsure which sauce is appropriate for a dish. With this class it will come much clearer as you learn how to clarify stocks and butter and the sauces you can make from them, what an emulsion is, roux based sauces, marinades, and thickening sauce techniques. Also some sweet sauces for desserts.
