Phew ,the book has at last gone to print. After many months of cooking, writing and picture taking, not to mention eating and sharing the meals with many willing friends, the book is done.
Not only was the food locally sourced, but the book designer, Susan and the printer are local too. This has been a real joint effort, thrilling at times and frustrating at others. Richard, the photographer took brilliant pictures of the classes which are included in the book.
